Room Available - (will be) Furnished

Got a spare room and figured I should put it to more use. To be honest I'm still on the fence regarding a part time slash Mon-Fri tenant, or full time flatmate. And on what sort of time period. Easy enough to talk about :)

Think I'd get a 3/4 size bed in there so it doesn't take up too much space. Can be discussed. It'll of course all be dealt with quickly as and when (use your estate agent 'potential' vision on the pile of junk pic, it's definitely a room, OK size)

Timespan is dependant on various things

I'm right near the train station and town. Safe parking nice enough area.

It's a pretty well equipped flat and I think I'm OK to live with! There is a bonkers bengal house cat charging about now

Secure too being up top, a healthy set of stairs await so be ready 💪🏼
