Awesome housemate wanted in Aldershot

HOUSEMATE WANTED IN ALDERSHOT. 

We are currently looking to find a new housemate to move into a double bedroom in a 3 storey town house in Woodland Walk, Aldershot, Hampshire, as one of our housemates is moving out. Available from end of September. 

We are a sociable bunch in mid to late 30s, who like to watch films together, play some retro games or have the odd friend round for dinner, but do spend some evenings doing our own thing. We would like another sociable housemate to join us.

The house is in a quiet lovely area. It consists of three bedrooms in total, top floor (double and bathroom) is occupied by myself and my husband, middle floor is the two double bedrooms and shared bathroom with the second bedroom (occupied by our friend Simon). ground floor shared : kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet, storage cupboard under the stairs and dry store food cupboard/larder. There is a nice little garden out the back, garage which we use for storage and part turned into a gym area, small garden shed, and driveway. Drive fits two cars, and currently I am the only housemate with a car, so room on drive or outside the front of the house. 

Rent £350 p/m, with bills Total Approx £450 a month.

Internet £11 p/m 
TV licence £10 per 1/4 (£3.30 p/m) 
Water approx £21 per 1/4 (approx £7 p/m) 
Gas electric approx £28 p/m 

House is managed by a private landlady who is lovely and lives a few doors down the street. A deposit of £425 is required.
