The house is only a short walk to the large Tesco and the Westgate development with a 7 multi-screen cinema, several well-known restaurants (Nando’s, Pizza Express) a 24hr Gym and a Morrisons supermarket.

My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home; living room, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and additional WC. 

A fully fitted kitchen is complete with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A huge, fully tiled modern bathroom has separate shower and bath. The room is furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe with drawers and bedside table. All bills included within the rent. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months.
