Beautiful spare double room

I have a clean spare double room to rent. The room has a double bed, a double wardrobe and a bedside table. It is a clean/tidy and recently refurbished.

I live with my wife and a son who is 7 years old. Me and my wife both are professionals and work full time. The location is close to A331, 15-20 minutes walk to the train station and Aldershot town centre. There is a local Sainsbury's nearby and other shops as well as access to a bus.

The current occupier is leaving by the end of March. The room will be available from 1st of April.

I am looking for a student or professional signal person who is happy to get along. All bills plus internet (Virgin Media broadband) are included. Please feel free to contact me if you need further details.
