We are looking for a professional person who enjoys solitude and wants a peaceful place to live.

The house has been recently renovated so you'd benefit from a clean and fresh living space. Each bedroom (we rent out 2) has its own kettle, toaster, microwave and little oven/cooker.

Rooms come fully furnished with double bed, open wardrobe, bedside table, arm chair and personal kettle/toaster trolley.

Rent includes electricity, water, gas, council tax and WiFi.

No TV licence is included for this property but you'd be welcome to apply for one if you require it.

Any applicant interested in renting would be subject to a DBS, credit check and references.

There is an optional cleaning free of £15 per week, if you are happy to keep bathroom and kitchen space clean yourself then no need for a cleaner to come in but if you'd prefer to pay the fee it's an option.
