We manage three neighbouring HMO properties on Aspen Grove, offering a range of single rooms, larger double-sized rooms and en-suite rooms. This makes the properties suitable for both individual students and groups of friends looking to live close to one another.

Applicants must be current students at UCA or another nearby university/educational institution, subject to our standard referencing requirements.

GUARANTOR & DEPOSIT OPTIONS

No separate tenancy deposit is normally required where an acceptable UK-based guarantor is provided and successfully passes our referencing requirements.

If you are unable to provide a suitable UK-based guarantor, alternative options may be available, including:

A tenancy deposit option, subject to our terms and referencing
Use of an independent third-party guarantor service

Any deposit taken will be handled in accordance with the applicable tenancy deposit protection requirements.

TENANCY

Student tenancies normally run for the academic year through to the end of June, with the exact start date confirmed for the individual room.
