Looking for a lodger

This is a lovely new build house over 3 floors,

The room is on the topmost floor with the occupier having sole use of one toilet/bathroom

There is a dog on the premises.. spends most of her time in the Kitchen.

There is off-street parking, with close proximity (15mins walk) to town and station with good bus links.

I prefer a student or professional(someone who has somewhere to go) as I usually work from home
