This is ideal for “Out of Town” professional person looking for privacy, quiet space during the working week. Self-contained studio has own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery). Living room/Bedroom is equipped in double sofa bed, table & 2 chairs, wardrobe, storage & smart TV. Small coffee table in a beautiful garden.

Studio is located 15 minutes’ walk to the Aldershot train station and less than 5 minutes by car to local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Lots of takeaways within walking distance. Parking is available on the street. The annexe can be cleaned on a weekly basis (additional cleaning fee charge applies). Bed linen and towels can be provided on request.

Studio is ideal for a professional who is office based , from Monday to Friday only. Not suitable for „working from home” arrangements. No smoking, no pets.
