Self contained studio has own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ( microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery&cutlery). Living room/ bedroom is equipped with double sofabed, table and two chairs, smart tv, wardrobe and small storage/coffee table.
Studio is located 15 minutes walk from Aldershot train station, easy commutable to London. Less than 5 minutes walk by car to local shops, supermarkets, cinema, restaurants. Lots of takeaways within walking distance. Parking is available on the street.
The annexe can be cleaned on weekly or biweekly basis (additional cleaning fee applies). Ben linens and towels can be also provided ( additional charge applies).
Rent of 580 per calendar month plus electricity bills. All other bills are included.
