There is only one bathroom with shower and bath and one toilet, all upstairs.

You are welcome to have use of the kitchen and I will make a food cupboard and shelf in the fridge available to you.

I have an electric oven with gas hob, a microwave and an air fryer.

I have a washing machine, but no dishwasher. There is a coin operated launderette on the High Street by Manor Park.

Good local buses and mainline train into London Waterloo is 55min direct approximately.
