Bright double room + private bathroom – bills inc. & parking (GU11, Aldershot)
Friendly home with a professional couple (and two very charming Bengal cats 🐾). We like a calm, tidy space and are looking for a considerate lodger who’ll enjoy that vibe too.
The room
Comfortable furnished double with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall-mounted TV
Private use of the family bathroom (we use the en-suite)
Fast Wi-Fi
(Room is let as seen; any furniture changes or wall fixings by agreement.)
The home & what’s shared
Modern 4-bed semi (2017) with kitchen and garden shared
Kitchen basics: fair share of cupboard space (it’s limited, so light kitchen kit is best)
You’re welcome to use our pots/pans/crockery and usual appliances (incl. washing machine)
Fridge/freezer: you’ll have your own shelf/drawer in each
We keep things clean as we go and appreciate the same
Family-only areas: lounge, garage/garage gym, hall cupboards/loft and any signed storage spaces. No external/garage storage available.
Parking & travel
Driveway parking for one vehicle (car or motorbike)
Handy for A331/A31/A3/M3 and trains to Guildford/London (GU11 4AL)
House vibe
Guests: occasional and agreed in advance; no parties
Smoke-free, drug-free home (vaping is fine)
Quiet hours: roughly 22:30–07:00 on weeknights
WFH: light/occasional is fine (it’s not a full-time co-working setup)
Sensible energy use (no candles), and please flag any issues so we can sort them quickly
Deliveries: personal parcels are fine (no business stock/bulky items)
