This accommodation is mainly home to UCA students.
If you’re a full-time university student, you can join in. (FT Student only)

It’s newly built and very clean. My room has large windows with no street view, so privacy is ensured.

Ensuite (toilet + bathroom) and fully furnished.

The building has a ground floor plus 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, functioning like an apartment complex.

- Communal area for studying or watching movies on the big-screen TV
- Shared kitchen is spacious and tidy, also has a TV (not many people use it)
- Friendly and young student housemates

I’ll be moving in with my friend, so I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room!

I haven’t secured a place to move to yet, and it will take some time for you to move in after I leave. If you decide to take it, I expect it will take around 2 weeks to a month.
