I have a 3m x4m room to let in a 2 bedroom bungalow. There all shared amenities front room kitchen bathroom and conservatory/ utility room. The house has a large garden parking is in the street ( Cul De Sac ) .
The room is newly decorated and fully furnished .
It is a live in landlord which is me . I’m very easy going . I do have a little dog ( female Yorkie ) but she’s no bother .
The house is a 10min walk to town and a 15 min walk to the train station.
Bills are not included, however they are cheap as there are solar panels on the roof of the property.
Council tax for you will be £46 . Water is £17.50 and last months gas electric broadband and insurance came to a total of £106 divide by 2 people worked out as £53 each ! And there are a lot of places who pay a whole lot more . So if you use your common sense with gas and electricity the bill will be cheap !
The reason why I am advertise so those who wish to view the room can . And give notice to where they are staying . This street is quiet and the neighbours are lovely .
This is a band C property for council tax .
