A large, furnished double room is available in my cosy 2-bedroom flat, located on High Street in Aldershot, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

King-size bed
Small wardrobe

Shared only with me (no other tenants)
Shared bathroom (not ensuite)
Bright, calm and comfortable atmosphere — definitely not a party house
Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, Ninja 9-in-1 cooker
Happy to share kitchen items (plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.)

About me: I’m 37, working full-time as a Deputy General Services Manager. I work Monday to Friday and I’m usually home in the afternoons, evenings and weekends. I value a peaceful, respectful home and keep things quiet — no parties or loud music.

I live with two very sweet cats, fully settled together — one of them is still a kitten 🐱🐱. So it’s important that you’re comfortable around cats.

I do smoke occasionally by the window in the living room, but I always try to be considerate and keep it minimal.

I’m mainly looking for a calm, friendly living situation, not just renting out a room. Ideally, I’d love to share the space with someone respectful and easy to get along with.
