We are a young, friendly and outgoing couple and this is our first house. We enjoy going out at the weekends and also staying in. We both work full time Monday to Friday, I also work some Saturdays too. You are welcome to make use of the full house.

We are currently decorating the spare room advertised and are looking for someone to rent it out.

Room is furnished, this includes a double bed (with drawers underneath) and a large double wardrobe with storage space and a television with Virgin installed. Room for own furniture if necessary.

Shared bathroom with power shower (newly decorated). But plans to eventually be made into an ensuite and will be for your use only.
