A double room, fully furnished.

Living with myself, the owner of the flat. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat so you have your own bathroom.

Large front room, wifi, TV and all the normal stuff.

If it's a couple renting then the rent will be £650 although I would say that the room may not be large enough for a couple.

Looking for someone that is respectful. I'm a very laid back person but I do want the place kept clean and tidy.
