Room To Rent In Quiet, Female House

we have one room to rent, but a choice of two rooms.

The house is a quiet, friendly, tidy, well looked after house in central Aldershot. the house consists of 3 floors. The house is only a couple of minute walk to the westgate area of Aldershot and into the town centre. We are a 10 minute walk from the bus and train station, also have two bus routes running directly by the house.

Looking for a female housemate that is quiet, easy to talk to, clean and tidy (responsibility of everyone to keep the house clean and tidy!)

one of the rooms to rent is the whole of the top floor. this includes a partially furnished double bedroom (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers), and also a smaller room next door. Rent for the whole of the top floor is £450 (deposit is £675)

The other room available (only have a choice of rooms as only wanting to rent one when current tenant moves out) is on the 2nd floor and also comes partially furnished. this room has a small double bed, a wardrobe and a built in cupboard.

there is a shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room and back garden.
