The best room ever available - in Aldershot.

My wife and I bought this townhouse in July last year. I'm a teacher; she works in social housing. Despite technically being in Aldershot (possibly the worst town in Britain), it's actually located next door to the rather-nicer Ash, and the immediate area is truly very nice; the property sits on a new-development with several parks and a decent shopping parade just up the road. It's very quiet.

Public transport links are good; we have a dual parking spot outside and Aldershot train station can be walked to in 20mins (if you step it up).

The house itself? It has 4 double rooms, 1 single. We'd look to rent a double which sits on floor two. It has its own shower and wash facilities directly next door and sits on the same floor as the living room. There's a decent sized kitchen on the ground floor along with another toilet. There's also garage and attic space for storage.

The garden's small but nice enough. We're about to have a baby but the little'un would spend much of her time on the top floor with new mum and dad. We're just looking for someone who's looking for a place to sleep and enjoy their life. We have super-fast broadband throughout and we'd sort a TV for the room. The whole house has also just been carpeted and is in very good condition. Honest. Will pop up some pics shortly...
