Im looking for friendly and social flatmate who is clean and tidy. They should be respectful and happy to contribute to the house. I am a live in land lord.

The house is in a quiet road just outside of Aldershot with great links to the station and A31 / M3. There is on road parking available.

The flat is a 3 bed semi with large rooms, a nice little garden and good size lounge / sitting room. There is lots of room in the kitchen for all those budding chiefs and storage or food etc.

The room is currently unfurnished. Although the bed could be provided if required. There is a choice of two rooms.
