Hello, I am a single female and I am looking for a lodger for my spare room. The room is a good double size, it has a small built in wardrobe and cupboard and 2 chest of drawers. The house is clean (I have a cleaner - added bonus!) and in good working order. Shared areas include a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
The property is a 20 minute walk from the train and bus station as well as the town centre. There are small local shops nearby too.
I would be happy to have a weekday tenant and reduce the stated cost depending on the number of days per week the room is required.
