Double room for 1 or 2 occupants all bills

1 double room available (all bills and broadband included) for an employed single person £650 pm or couple £700 pm in large shared house - 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space. Must be working full time. A deposit (£700) will be required and this will be held by the deposit protection service.
All tenants are clean tidy, do not party and it's a very happy house.
