Large single room to rent in shared house

Large bright single room to rent in shared house. Would prefer a Monday to Friday let only, but willing to change to a 7 day week for right person. The rental charge will change accordingly.
Room is fully furnished with a 4ft double bed, set of drawers, and built in wardrobe. Share of kitchen, lounge, dining room, and bathroom. WiFi available, bills included except phone, parking space on a first come basis and use of garden. Aldershot train station is about 20 minute walk and town is a 10 minute walk. Both Farnham and Farnborough are only around 11/2 -2 miles away, easy access to all major roads.
The people living in the house at present both work and occasionally work shifts, and they tend to keep themselves to themselves as both quite active. Must like animals as we DO HAVE CATS.
