Room to rent in 2 bed house near Aldershot

Moderate sized bedroom for rent in a shared house (1 live in landlord - me!) in Aldershot, near the lido.

Double bed, wardrobe, shelf, chest of drawers included...

15-20 minutes walk to the station. 5 minutes from bus stop to town. Near to the A331 and a couple of local shops.

Preferably someone clean and tidy, and someone sociable who I can get along with is really important - it's a home that I/we have to live in and I don't want to be here with someone and not get on with them!

House has dishwasher, washing machine etc. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom are shared.

Big garden - perfect for evenings sitting in the sun!

I kinda expect you as a tenant to take care of a share of housework and all that.

Off-road parking is available if required.

People who like cars and adventures are a bonus! :)

I'm an average 28 year old guy working away a lot and always doing THINGS; festivals, surfing, random adventures.. would be cool for someone to be able to join in some of that too. I'm gay, I hope that isn't an issue, it isn't for me.

I'm also away a lot during the week as well so you'll get some time to yourself in the house... etc etc, any questions give me a shout!
