I am looking for a flatmate to share my home with a Large garden to the rear of a Victorian semi flat conversion on the ground floor. i am ideally looking for someone who is chilled and relaxed and at the same time being respectful of my home.

Large modern kitchen/diner, bathroom, and living room. Very well presented in good decorative order throughout.

The property Is very close to the train station and within walking distance to the town centre and local amenities as well as off Road parking.

I have 2 cats.
