Double Room for Rent in Alresford

Looking for a clean, fun and friendly individual to join myself and my two small dogs in Alresford. It is a beautiful newly refurbished place. The double bedroom is light and airy with lots of storage. The bathroom will be shared but cleaned x1 a week by a cleaner (inc in bills). The tenant will also have access to a home office which I have no need for so ideal for someone needing to work from home. There is parking and a large garden and the property is walking distance to the lovely town, Alresford and a short drive to Winchester, there are also excellent bus links. Winchester and Basingstoke train stations are not far away with regular trains to London, so it would work for a commuter.
