Hi. 
I am looking for a non-smoking lodger.

My Alresford house (SO24) is homely with off-street parking and a garden, and is available now. I can offer a south-facing double bed room, an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs wetroom. I have an en suite loo in my bedroom so previous lodgers have not found it a problem sharing the bathroom with me (I prefer a bath so seldom use the shower, but it works well).

My broadband speed is good, and there is a TV aerial socket in the bedroom. You would have use of the washing machine, and there’s a dishwasher in the kitchen-diner where you would have exclusive use of a small fridge/freezer.

I have a soppy dog (who isn't allowed upstairs) & 2 cats, and charge £400 a month in total. I am retired but very busy and often out in the evenings.

Although I am officially retired I do have a part-time job and lead a very busy life. I think it important to meet on neutral territory to see if we are likely to get on before showing a potential lodger the accommodation. My adult son will be living here in the smallest bedroom in university vacations.
