Spacious double bedroom in lovely modern home

Lovely modern double bedroom available in quiet road in Alresford. Im looking for someone friendly, respectful and clean to live with. I have a lovely modern spacious kitchen and lounge, with a very cosy corner sofa.

The bedroom available has recently been decorated with a black out roman blind and a new memory foam mattress. The eu sized (slightly bigger than normal) double bed has 6 side draws and there will also be a clothes rail and chest of drawers available to you in the room. The room will be carpeted over the next few weeks.

The two dogs are super friendly, barely malt, regularly cleaned and groomed.
