Double bedroom in 3 bed house share

Back on market, looking for a 3rd tenant again to fill a ground floor, unfurnished, double bedroom 17'3 (5.26m) x 7'7 (2.31m) in size, for £505pcm inc. bills (first month upfront). The room includes a large storage area, mounted electric heater and views over both garden/patio & driveway. Door connects to the shared open-plan kitchen/lounge.

The house is on a southern hill viewing over Alton and surrounding area (8mins walk from high street & 15min from station). It's a very calm and quiet area/house with very friendly neighbors. Both genders are also present in house

Our preferences for who we'd like to find would be:
- someone respectful, hygienic and maintains the property and its shared items (toilet roll, washing liquid, softener etc)
- similar age group
- no redecorating (walls, doors etc.)
- family/friends only round when that tenant is present/not at work
