Self-contained annex with ensuite and kitchenette

The annex comprises of a modern, spacious, double room (2.85 x 4.5m) with an ensuite and a well-equipped kitchenette. The rooms make up an annexe attached to the main part of our house, separated by an internal door that is locked both sides. The annex has its own entrance from the street.

The location is a quiet, sought after part of Alton, close to woodland.

Room furnishings include:
- double bed with mattress
- wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- desk and chair
- tub chair

The ensuite is spacious and includes a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The kitchenette includes:
- a countertop oven
- a microwave
- toaster
- kettle
- electric hob
- cooking utensils, pans, plates, etc.

Also includes:
- Off-street parking (but not suitable for vans or trucks)
- Garage for storage of small items, such as a bike
- Use of shared washing machine, freezer and tumble dryer
- Utility bills, council tax and broadband access

We are a quiet couple, plus cat and adult children who are home intermittently. One of us works mostly from home, but the house layout means you'd have privacy with minimal disturbance.
