I’m a young professional and new homeowner looking for a housemate. It’s a spacious double room fully furnished with brand new bed, mattress and wardrobe in a Victorian end of terraced house. Located within walking distance of the local town and station with great travel links to London.
The house has a fantastic kitchen/living room with both and upstairs (shower and bath) and a downstairs toilet, there is a small garden (currently unfurnished as I’ve not long moved in myself!), the house also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
