Hi. Im a live in landlord in my 2 bed flat in Alton. Very nice and quiet part of town very close to station, town and local shops and pubs. For rent is a large double room with built in wardrobe and storage. The room is newly decorated and also has double bed, chest of draws, bedside table, comfy tub chair, lamp and tv stand. Laminate flooring with a large rug.
Small shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker/hob, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery and cooking utensils etc.
small shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Also in the flat is a single room and living room that is not shared where i reside.
The flat has all bills included including broadband.
There is sufficient off road parking in private car park.
