Lovely single/small double room in house with dogs

The house is in Alton, and we have a garden with lockable rear access, several sheds for storage of stuff/bikes (lockable), a BBQ etc.

There’s also a conservatory, kitchen with washer dryer, dishwasher and two fridge freezers, a living room, dining room and a home office. We have 5 bedrooms, two of which are in the attic, ours with an ensuite, and 3 on the middle floor (one is our office) with a bathroom. There's also a cloakroom downstairs.
The room available is 10’8 x 9’1 (3.2m x 2.8m) with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and an ikea single to king bed (though it’s snug when made into a king with the other stuff!).

The house has superfast fibre broadband (915mbps down, 50 up), and we have a double driveway though road parking is fine here too.
The house is very close to Alton train station, shops and pubs :D

We like beer/wine, tea and gin and... relaxing with tv or films and going out to smash a good pub quiz... We also cook most days :)

We are specifically looking for someone in a similar age bracket (25 ish to 35ish?) and with similar interests as we'd like someone who will fit in. Similarly, we don't mind if you want to keep a bit more to yourself on a daily basis, but communication is key and we all need to get on :)

I'm a wedding photographer and marketer (36), my husband (37) works in software support and we both work from home in the week. We also have a pending baby who will not have a job and who will be on the top floor with us.

The other person is Nige (38) and he is an engineer who loves dance music, cars and bikes! (So you included there will be 4 of us)

We have a Miniature Schnauzer pup called Ernie who is hypoallergenic and doesn't wee/poo indoors and a gorgeous German Shorthaired Pointer called Bill (also housetrained, both very funny).

We have a cleaner too which is £30 a month - forgot to mention! She's EPIC.
