Alton.Double size room to let

I have 1 room to rent in my home. It's a quiet area with parking spaces and there is also a nearby bus stop if you do not have a car. The flat is in a convenient location and near some small local shops and takeaway. The room is semi furnished but has ample space for a double bed if this is your preference. It has a build in storage/wardrobe. Wifi/broadband included in the rent. My new flat mate will have access to common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or longer, non smoker, and not too noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
