Thanks for taking a look at my listing. I have for rent a studio apartment within my house - the studio is self contained. The house is reasonably newly built and as such the apartment is all nearly new.

It has its own entrance into its kitchen (which is a lot bigger than most found in studios). The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob and integrated fridge freezer.

Through to the main room there are built in wardrobes for storage and the main room is a lounge during the day and has a hidden wall bed which with a single finger can be pulled out for night. There is a sofa, coffee table and tv unit in this room.

There is an en suite with toilet, sink and rainforest shower.

All has been completed to an exceptional contemporary standard with no expense spared and oak doors throughout.

The property is based in alverstoke and is about a 3 minute walk from the beach and Stanley park. About a 2 minute walk to the village which has a one stop, pub, Chineese etc.

I am looking for a single professional without pets. I am not looking to rent it out to any couples, it is strictly single occupancy. The studio will be available form around the 15th January onwards.

The rent is £550 for a Monday to Friday rent. Or £650pm for a full time tenant. This includes all bills i. e. Gas, water, electric, council tax, broadband etc.
