The house includes a downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and a shared kitchen. The property has a garden and it will include a parking space. Water, electric and broadband is included in the cost per month.

I am looking to let to a Professional female and due to me having 2 pets I am unable to accept any other pets unfortunately.

The Bedroom is currently being used as a beauty room but will have a double bed in ready for 5th May.
