Double room to rent in a busy social shared house

Approx 9x11ft floor space with two 4x2ft floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and over head storage. Very big chest of draws. Central space that is ideal for tv and consoles etc. fits up to 50' tv. Large double ottoman bed. The bedroom is located upstairs.
Over 30's only.
Must have an ongoing, full time, DAY job.

Housetrained, respectful and responsible for your own health and cleanliness. We expect our lodgers to clean up any mess they've made in shared living areas, clean their rooms and take turns cleaning the bathroom weekly.

References are required.

Shared bathroom with 1 other house mate. containing sink, toilet, bath & power shower. Ample storage for toiletries and towels.

Use of kitchen. Large workspace and cooking area. Cupboard for lodgers personal food along with dedicted shelves in fridge and freezer. Dishwasher and 7 ring range type cooker Use of washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a living room/dining room for general house use.

Must be very pet friendly... we have 1 elderly dog, who live downstairs but are very much part of the family.

Shared use of the large garden.

Parking is outside the house on the street, always spaces available.

Smokers household (outside smoking only)


All bills: council tax, gas, electric, tv licence, wifi included.

You must supply your own toiletries, cleaning and washing supplies, loo rolls, food, bedding etc.
We are generally a calm, relaxed, and very discreet household. With this in mind we need someone who will fit in comfortably with the routines and vibe of the house. It can get busy with family visits sometimes but not very often.

We are not a night shift house hold.

Couples are welcome but the rent will be £750 per month.
