Must have an ongoing, full time, day job.
Housetrained, respectful and responsible for your own health and cleanliness. We expect our lodgers to clean up any mess they've made in shared living areas, clean their rooms and bathroom weekly.
References preferable.
Shared bathroom with 1 other house mate. containing sink, toilet, bath & power shower. Ample storage for toiletries and towels.
Use of kitchen. Large workspace and cooking area. Cupboard for lodgers personal food along with dedicted shelves in fridge and freezer. Dishwasher and 7 ring range type cooker Use of washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a living room for general house use too.
Must be very pet friendly... we have 2 elderly dogs, who live downstairs but are very much part of the family.
Shared use of the large garden.
Parking is outside the house on the street, always spaces available.
Smokers household (outside smoking only)
All bills: council tax, gas, electric, tv licence, wifi included.
You must supply your own cleaning and washing supplies, loo rolls, food, bedding etc.
We are generally a calm, relaxed, discreet household, so need someone who will fit in comfortably with the routines and vibe of the house. It can get busy sometimes but not very often.
Couples are welcome but the rent will be £750 per month.
