Room to let in family home

Hi,

I have a double room available to let - ideally Mon-Fri but would consider 7 days a week for the right person. I live with my daughter and we have 3 cats (they are no trouble at all). We are looking for a responsible and quiet professional, with no addictions or any substance use. The room will now be available from
There is a recliner sofa, double bed, wardrobe with hanging space and plenty of drawers, large TV in fully working order, access to wi-fi (1GB). The room has a door to the garden.

We live in quiet area, about 20mins walk to the train station and 25mins walk to town.
