Large double bedroom in Andover with own bathroom

I am a teacher living in Andover (Augusta park) looking for a lodger to have a large double bedroom with own bathroom. The room comes furnished. The house has parking, living room, conservatory, garden and kitchen. The house is over 3 floors so you would have a floor to yourself. I have a small very friendly dog and would consider someone with a dog if they got on. Looking for someone who is a professional with references. Ideally a non smoker. All bills and internet included.
