The room can have wired (LAN) internet access. There is a medium-sized garden with enough room for a standard dog to run around.

There is off-street parking in a drive. You will have access to a shared kitchen, washing machine and a lounge. A desk and chair, wardrobe, 3 shelving units are provided.

You will need a hotspot to get a good mobile phone reception if you can't use the wifi. Bills are included apart from wifi.

The property is in a village with a 5 min walk to the local pub. There is a bus service. However, it is better if you have your own car. Andover and major companies are a 15 min drive away.

The property is 2 min walk from a large field where the local people take their dogs for a walk. There are a lot of very nice walks around the village.

The landlady looking for a professional. She likes a quiet house after 9 pm but gets up early. She does love animals, especially dogs. She doesn't like clutter or mess but likes libraries, so there is a bookshelf in the lounge.
