One double room for rent available in a quiet residential area in Andover with good transport links to London, Basingstoke, Salisbury & Winchester and within walking distance to the town centre and train station. The A303 is close by if you travel by car.

We would prefer a professional person who is tidy and with a good sense of humour. Use of kitchen, shared dining room and living room. Free broadband access and use of wireless printer. Room has a double bed, wardrobe/drawers and bedside cabinets. Bed linen provided and cleaned on a weekly basis. Rent payable monthly in advance.
We do have one parking space available on the driveway.
