Furnished single room in shared house

Furnished single room in shared house. Landlord takes an active role in the property cleanliness and maintenance and the upkeep of the garden. We currently have 3 long term tenants in the property. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property, not inside, providing cigarette ends are disposed of in the bin. There is a weekly cleaner, who cleans communal areas only. These are stock photos as the house is currently undergoing some maintenance, which will end in December 2024.
