Lovely large double room with ensuite shower room

I have a beautiful home. It is clean, modern and well cared for. I'd like to share with considerate, respectful, non-smoking lodgers. I do have a dog so only suitable for dog lovers. I have a spacious, furnished double room with an ensuite. There's a large well equipped kitchen with open plan lounge diner. I'm on Augusta Park and have off road private parking and a garden.
