Comfy Double Room With Own Bathroom

Here for let available from 3rd March is a comfy double room for single occupancy in a modern apartment (first floor) on the popular Picket Twenty development.
I run my own businesses and am normally only home late in the evenings and out of the door again early morning, I am generally outgoing and sociable, and would prefer a flatmate with at least some basic conversational skills, but am respectful of and expect privacy.
Use of the lounge and dining area is included, as well as the kitchen (obviously lol)
Room has its own spacious full bathroom (not en suite though) with bath, over bath shower, WC and sink., double bed with Dormeo memory foam mattress and basic other furniture.
There is a 4K Smart TV with Sky Q, Disney+, Netflix, Paramount+ and Prime subscriptions etc in the bedroom as well (multiple language options available) as well as multiple USB charge points
Lightning fast broadband is included, along with all other bills.
The room is offered to a professional (or at least employed person) who works outside the home.
The kitchen has full smart washing machine and tumble drier, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer etc and filtered instant hot water dispenser (not a traditional kettle).
Lounge is equipped with large 8K Smart TV with Sky Q, Netflix, Prime etc. there’s a lovely little balcony as well off of the lounge
Smoking/Vaping is allowed, but not the “herbal” variety!
Parking is available in large car park beside the building, whilst not allocated, there is always plenty of space.
