Room to let with Tommy and B

Hi, my name is Tommy. I have a 3 bed terrace house in Andover. We have a south facing garden that backs onto the golf course!
I’m looking to let out bedroom 2 which already has a double bed and you will have use of a wardrobe/dressing room in bedroom 3. We only have one bathroom but the shower is great and I like to keep a clean house so it should be fine to share. My wife is working abroad on cruise ships and I sell new homes. We have a 2yr old cocker spaniel called barney who is extremely cuddly and friendly. You can park on the street, but sometimes you will need to park a 5 min walk away. I’m looking for a female as I know that will work better with Barney. £550 per month includes all bills. I like to cook/gym and watch Netflix.
