The property is a 6 minute drive / half hour walk from Andover train station. 6 minute drive / half hour walk to Andover town centre. There are plenty of regular busses that pass through the residential area. There are short nearby walks to both small convenience shops as well as a large supermarket and shopping retail park.

Keys.
The keys are coded and can only be made at one specific security company by the landlord and their signature on the account. Tenants will not be able to make copies of the keys themselves.

Right to rent.
