The room is on the top floor of a new build, 3 storey townhouse. It has it’s own stairway from the 1st floor and is laid out in a open plan style, benefiting from the full width of the house.

A well lit room, it has an En-suite bathroom with a shower, fitted wardrobe and there is room for a desk should you wish to have one.

You will have use of a kitchen with oven and grill, induction hob, fridge freezer, washer drier and dishwasher. As well as a Lounge / Dining room.

The house has an enclosed walled garden with patio and seating area.
Additional storage in the garage can be arranged. And there is also off street parking.

Bills are not included and are payable in addition to rent.

Due to my work situation I will not always be in the house and you will often have sole use of the property.
