Double room to let in my home

I am looking for someone to share my home. I have a 1920’s terraced house within walking distance to the town centre and railway station.

Resident permit parking included. All utilities including gas, electric, water, council tax (C band) and broadband also included. The room is a large double with built in storage, ottoman bed and chest of drawers. Wall bracket for tv.

Shared bathroom, lounge, dining room & kitchen. Washing machine & dishwasher in kitchen & separate tumble dryer. You will have allocated cupboard space in the kitchen & shelf in fridge/freezer

Large garden with patio/garden.

You must be comfortable around dogs as I look after my daughters sometimes.

I work at home 2-3 days a week

Professional person, male or female. Non smoker/vaper. The room is for one occupier. No couples/families.
