The house will accommodate a maximum of 3 single people plus 1 couple or 4 single people.

If you wish to pay a Holding Deposit in order to stop other prospective tenants taking a specific room instead of you then the Holding Deposit is applied in the following ways:
If you don't pass our application criteria: the Holding Deposit is returned to you
If you pass our application criteria and take up the room by the agreed date: the Holding Deposit is used as rent from the beginning of your tenancy
If you pass our application criteria but do not take up the tenancy by the agreed date: we retain the deposit (you do not get it back).

Fees:
Administration Fee: £135
This non-refundable fee is to cover the administration of the tenancy from beginning to end and includes: credit and reference checking, move in and move out inventory procedures, all documentation and managing your tenancy, tenancy contract renewal where appropriate etc. We do not make further charges should your tenancy be extended.

We register deposits in the government's Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We also register tenants under the Good Tenant Scheme.
