Hi, we’re looking for a professional person or couple to house share with a professional female in our home while we’re in NZ for six months.

The room is a very large, airy double that has been newly painted and decorated, with private use of en suite family bathroom on the first floor.

The house is a comfortable, warm and quiet, with a small garden in Augusta Park, a new-build development.

The current tenant resides on floor 2 and has 2 cats, so must our sharer must be able to live with pets.

Close to all amenities and 1.7 miles from the town centre.

Fully furnished, with everything you need down to the last face cloth!
