Hi, we’re looking for responsible, professional house sharers to rent our well-appointed, fully furnished house, with two large double bedrooms available (both with ensuite) for a six-month maximum term lease from October 8, 2025-April 7, 2026.

The house is a comfortable, warm and quiet modern home, with a garden in Augusta Park, a new-build development.

Tenants will enjoy access to
- WIFI throughout the house
- Living room with large smart TV
- All appliances including fridge freezers, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, airfryer, microwave and toaster
- Kitchen equipped with oven, mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots/pans, utensils etc

One room has a double bed with a desk and chair, and the other has a King bed that occupies the entire top floor of the house. Both rooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space.

The living room and kitchen are shared spaces, with a downstairs WC in addition to the two en-suite bathrooms on each floor.

Well-behaved pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, (please note, tenants will be required to take out their own insurance).

Close to all amenities and 1.7 miles from the town centre.
