Sorry no more viewings. I have many viewing already and would like to give them the chance to take the property before another viewing.

Single room to rent in King Arthur's Way area of Andover. Approx 3mx2.4m in size, with large wardrobe and cupboard space built into the wall.

All bills included (electricity, gas, broadband, ctax (band b), water, tv licence)

broadband is fibre at ~67mb split between 2 people with wifi or a wired ethernet in the room.

Access to shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer solely for the lodger.

note that parking is communal, so while there is parking there is no secure parking and I am unable to guarantee a particular space or parking to be next to the house.

The price is for a 7 day per week let. If you would like a mon-fri let I would be willing to agree to this for £370 a month.
